Keywords: artificial intelligence, production planning, production quality, follow-up and evaluation, Brund Foundation. | | Résumé : | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر استخدامات تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين قرارات عمليات الإنتاج، من خلال بعد التخطيط للإنتاج، وجودة الإنتاج، وكذا المتابعة والتقييم في مؤسسة BRANDT سطيف؛ المتخصصة في إنتاج الآلات الكهرو منزلية، إذ تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لملائمته للموضوع، وذلك باستخدام أداة المقابلة مع مسؤولي الإنتاج في المؤسسة، وكذا توزيع الاستبيان على عينة قدرها 33، وقد كانت العينة قصدية؛ أي تم اختيار عينة من الموظفين الذين لهم علاقة بالإنتاج. وقد توصلنا إلى أن استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في المؤسسة ساهم في عملية اتخاذ القرار لتحسين التخطيط للإنتاج، وكذا تحقيق الجودة المطلوبة، وأيضا ساعد في عملية المتابعة والتقييم.
Abstract:
Through this study, the aim is to know the impact of the uses of artificial intelligence applications on the production decision in the BRANDT Corporation, Setif, which is specialized in the production of household electrical appliances, as the descriptive approach was relied upon for its suitability to the subject, using each of the interview tool with production officials in the institution, as well as the distribution of questionnaires On a sample of 33, the sample was intentional, i.e. a sample of employees related to production was selected, and we concluded that the use of artificial intelligence in the organization contributed to improving the production planning process, as well as achieving the required quality, and also helped in the follow-up and evaluation process .
