Keywords: illegal business practices – sale with compensation – and economic aid. | | Résumé : | تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مفهوم الممارسات التجارية غير الشرعية وأهم صورها والآليات المتبعة لحماية المستهلك من هذه الممارسات من خلال تطبيق القوانين التي أصدرها التشريع الجزائري عامة ووزارة التجارة بخصوص محاربة هذه الممارسات التي تمس بمصالح الأعوان الاقتصاديين والمستهلكين على حد سواء.
ولقد تمحورت دراستنا الميدانية على دور مديرية التجارة لولاية سطيف في ردع الممارسات التجارية غير الشرعية، ولقد خلصت هذه الدراسة أن الممارسات المخالفة لمبادئ الشفافية والنزاهة في تزايد كبير في السنوات الأخيرة رغم المجهودات المبذولة من طرف مصالح الرقابة لمديرية التجارة وترقية الصادرات لولاية سطيف.
Summary
This study seeks to comprehend the concept of illegal business practices, their primary manifestations, and the mechanisms used to protect the consumer from these practices through the application of the laws issued by the Algerian legislation in general and the Ministry of Commerce in particular regarding the fight against these practices that affect the interests of economic agents and consumers.
The focused of the field research was on the function of the Directorate of Commerce in the wilaya of Sétif in discouraging illegal business practices. The study concluded that practices violating the principles of transparency and integrity have increased in recent year, despite the Directorate of Commerce's of Sétif's export promotion.
