Keywords: startups, green economy, Algerian economy. | | Résumé : | تأتي هذه الدراسة الموسومة بدور المؤسسات الناشئة في تطوير الاقتصاد الأخضر لتعالج موضوعا في غاية الأهمية، كونه يرتبط بإحداث تغيير في نمط الإنتاج التقليدي الذي خلف آثارا وخيمة على البيئة والإنسان إلى نمط إنتاج جديد يقوم على احترام معايير التنمية المستدامة، تنطلق الدراسة من إشكالية تتمحور حول كيفية التحول نحو الاقتصاد الأخضر من خلال المؤسسات الناشئة.
وتستعرض في جانبها التطبيقي تجارب الدول الرائدة في هذا المجال كالتجربة الألمانية والهندية، ومحاولة استخلاص استفادة الجزائر منها في هذا المجال، وتنتهي الدراسة بأن سبيل تحقيق مسعى التحول نحو الاقتصاد الأخضر من خلال المؤسسات الناشئة يتطلب تحولات على مستوى الاقتصاد القومي، كفرض تشريعات والاتجاه نحو التمويل الأخضر، وكذا تحولات على مستوى المؤسسات كتبني معايير المقاول الأخضر المنتج الأخضر.
This study discusses the role of emerging institutions in promoting green economic development, which is a topic of great importance due to its connection to changing the traditional mode of production, which has a severe impact on the environment and people. The study deals with an important issue centered on how to shift towards a green economy through emerging institutions, and reviews the experiences of leading countries in this fieldsuch as Germany and India. The study also aims to extract the benefits that Algeria can benefit from in this field and its future directions.
