The aim of this study was to find out the impact of the elements of the marketing mix supported by the transport service on the behavior of individuals "users of the Setif tramway".Where the descriptive analytical approach was followed in order to address the problem of the study, and a combination of the questionnaire and interview tools was relied on, where the interview was directed to the (responsible for the marketing department at Setram Setif, as for the questionnaire was electronically individuals using tramway to move, for a sample of 150 people, and then processing the data obtained using a number of statistical methods of the spss program, and this study obtained a set of results that the politics of the marketing mix has a great impact on the behavior of individuals .
