Keywords: Cash flow statement, financial performance evaluation, liquidity evaluation, profitability evaluation, financial policy ratios, operating, investing, and financing cash flows, sniak. | | Résumé : | تهدف الدراسة إلى ابراز مدى مساهمة قائمة التدفقات النقدية في تقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية من خلال اشتقاق مؤشرات من قائمة التدفقات النقدية لمؤسسة محل الدراسة SANIAK عين كبيرة-سطيف-خلال سنوات الدراسة من 2019 الى 2021، حيث يعتبر تحليل قائمة التدفقات النقدية من أجود الطرق التي تساعد المؤسسات الاقتصادية باستخدام النسب المالية في تقييم الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة مع التركيز على نسب تقييم السيولة، ونسب تقييم الربحية، بالإضافة الى تقييم السياسات المالية المتبعة من قبل المؤسسة.
ومما سبق توصلت الدراسة الى ان قائمة التدفقات النقدية تعتبر مفيدة جدا في تقييم مدى اليسر المالي والسيولة المالية في المؤسسة ومعرفة مدى مرونتها، حيث يمكن الحصول على صافي التدفقات النقدية موجبة بغض النظر اذ كانت المؤسسة تحقق خسارة كما في حالة مؤسسة محل الدراسة او ربح، وهنا تكمن أهمية اعداد قائمة التدفقات النقدية في تقييم الأداء المالي.
Abstract
The study aims to highlight the extent to which the cash flow statement contributes to the financial performance evaluation of an economic institution by deriving indicators from the cash flow statement of SANIAK, a local institution in Ain Kabira, Setif. during the study years from 2019 to 2021, Analyzing the cash flow statement isconsidered one of the best methods that assist economic institutions in using financial ratios to evaluate the financial position of the institution, with a focus on liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, and evaluating the financial policies adopted by the institution.
Based on the above, the study concluded that the cash flow statement is very useful in evaluating the financial ease, financial liquidity in the institution, and determining its flexibility. The net cash flows can be positive regardless of whether the institution is making a profit or a loss, as in the case of SANIAK. This highlights the importance of preparing the cash flow statement in financial performance evaluation.
