Keywords: Occupational health and safety, Occupational Health and Safety Management System, Standard ISO45001:2018. | | Résumé : | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق نظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية وفقًا للمواصفة القياسية ISO45001 في مؤسسة SBC وأهمية هذا النظام الإداري بالنسبة للعامل والمؤسسة، وقد توصلنا إلى أن المؤسسة محل الدراسة تعطي أهمية كبيرة لصحة وسلامة عمالها من خلال السَّهر على توفير بيئة عمل آمنة وصحية، ويتضح ذلك من خلال تبنِّيها لنظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية وفقا للمواصفة OHSAS18001 منذ سنة 2009، كما أنَّ المؤسسة قامت بتطبيق متطلبات المواصفة الجديدة ISO45001 ولم يتبقى إلَّا الحصول على التوثيق، وقد سمح لها نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية من توفير كل متطلبات السلامة المهنية مما أدَّى إلى التقليل من حوادث العمل والأمراض المهنية وهذا ما يؤثر إيجابًا على رضا العمال في المؤسسة.
Abstract :
The study aimed to identify the reality of the application of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with the ISO45001 standard in SBC institution, it also hughlights the importance of this administrative system for both worker and institution, and we have conducded that the establishment in wich we conducted the study gives a great importance to the health and safety of its workers by ensuring the provision of a safe and healthy work environment. This is evidenced by its adoption of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with OHSAS18001 since 2009. Also, the institution has implemented the requirements of the new standard ISO45001, and it remains only to obtain documentation.
