Abstract: This study aimed to identify the extent to which managers of small and medium enterprises in Setif possess the characteristics of an entrepreneur, which include personal, behavioral, and administrative characteristics. The study was conducted on a sample of these managers using a questionnaire to collect data, which amounted to 29 completed surveys. This data was then analyzed and the study's hypotheses were tested using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS V 25). The study concluded several key findings, the most important of which is that managers of small and medium enterprises in Setif possess the three entrepreneurial characteristics in the order of importance: administrative, behavioral, and finally personal.
