Keywords: population growth, public expenditure, ARDL model | | Résumé : | اهتمت هذه المذكرة بدراسة أثر النمو السكاني على النفقات العمومية خلال الفترة 1990-2021 , حيث تطرقنا الى بعض المفاهيم والحقائق المتعلقة بالنمو السكاني واحتياجاته ومتطلباته المتزايدة في مختلف الميادين والقطاعات التي وصفها البعض بالقنبلة السكانية، لذا عملت الدولة على التدخل في الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للأفراد من اجل تلبية انشغالاتهم عن طريق وسائل مالية عديدة أهمها النفقات العمومية التي حاولنا الالمام بها عن طريق تناول بعض المفاهيم والحقائق المتعلقة بالنفقات.
فبعد ان تناولنا في الجانب النظري الثنائية (عدد السكان، النفقات العمومية) قمنا بدراسة قياسية تحليلية لدراسة أثر النمو السكاني على النفقات العمومية للجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2021) في الاجلين القصير والطويل، وتوصلت الدراسة الى وجود علاقة طويلة الاجل بين المتغيرين مقبولة اقتصاديا، احصائيا، وقياسيا من خلال نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة ARDL الذي اثبت تأثير النمو السكاني على النفقات العمومية في الجزائر.
Summary:
This thesis was concerned with studying the impact of population growth on public expenditures during the period 1991-2021. We tackled some concepts and facts related to population growth and its increasing needs and requirements in various fields and sectors, which some described as a population bomb. Thus, the state worked to intervene in the economic and social life of individuals in order to meet their concerns through several financial means, the most important of which are public expenditures that we tried to familiarize through concepts and facts related to it. After dealing with the theoretical aspect of the duality (population, public expenditures), we conducted an analytical econometric study to study the impact of population growth on Algeria's public expenditures during the period (1991-2021) in the short and long term. The study revealed a long-term relationship between the two variables that is economically, statistically and econometrically acceptable through an autoregressive distributed lag model (ADRL), which proved the impact of population growth on public expenditures in Algeria.
