Keywords: startup, startup financing, capital, risks, business plan | | Résumé : | يتمحور موضوع دراستنا حول " آليات مرافقة المؤسسات الناشئة من منظور الهيكلة التمويلية "، حيث تم التعريف بالمؤسسة الناشئة ومراحل وخطوات إنشائها وسبل النجاح وأسباب الفشل، وكيفية تمويلها وأهم المشاكل التي تتعرض لها.
يعتبر التمويل من أهم الدعائم التي تقوم عليه المؤسسات الناشئة، حيث بدأت الجزائر في اقتراح آليات حديثة لتمويل هذا النوع من المؤسسات،من خلال السعي لإنشاء صناديق خاصة و وكالات و هيئات لضمان نشاط هده المؤسسات التي لاتزال تعاني من مجموعة من النقائص.
من بين النتائج المتوصل إليها، أنه من السهل إنشاء مؤسسات ناشئة ولكن من الصعب المحافظة عليها في ظل بيئة لا تخلو من الصعوبات و العراقيل، كما توصلنا إلى أن مؤسسة"Floppy" تعتمد على التمويل الذاتي في نشاطها،وكأهم مقترح جاءت بها الدراسة في الاهتمام بالمؤسسات الناشئة وتقديم التمويل لها باعتبار أن هذا الأخير أكبر عائق يواجهها.
ABSTRACT:
Our study revolves around the "Mechanisms of Supporting Startups from the Perspective of Financial Structuring." It introduces the concept of a startup, its stages and steps of establishment, success factors, failure reasons, financing methods, and the major challenges it faces.
Financing is considered one of the essential pillars for startups. Algeria has started proposing modern mechanisms to finance this type of enterprise by establishing private funds, agencies, and bodies to ensure the sustainability of these enterprises, which still suffer from various deficiencies.
Among the findings, it is easy to establish a startup, but challenging to sustain it in an environment filled with difficulties and obstacles. Additionally, we discovered that "Floppy" relies on self-funding for its activities. As a significant proposal from the study, it highlights the importance of supporting startups and providing them with financing, considering it as the major obstacle they encounter.
