Key words: Insurance, security, the cost, health service. | | Résumé : | يهدف بحثنا الى إظهار دور و أهمية الضمان الإجتماعي في الحماية من المخاطر التي قد تصيب أفراد المجتمع و الذي يتكفل بتغطية جملة من التأمينات الإجتماعية بما فيها التأمين الصحي، و يعد تأمينا ضد المخاطر الصحية التي تعترض حياة الأفراد و المجتمع و يشمل تكاليف الخدمات الصحية بما فيها من علاج و تشخيص كما يغطي الإنقطاع عن العمل لفترة أو العجز الدائم.
من خلال نتائج هذا البحث تبين لنا أنه في غياب التأمين الصحي لن يقدر طالب الخدمة الصحية على تسديد قيمة هذه الخدمة نظرا لتكلفتها المرتفعة و التي تتفوق على دخله في بعض الغالب، كما قام النظام الصحي في الجزائر بالعديد من الانجازات منذ الاستقلال أهمها قرار مجانية العلاج ، إن إستئناف أي نشاط مهني يؤدي إلى توقيف الإستفادة من معاش العجز.
Abstract :
Our research aims to show the role and importance of social security in protecting against risks that may affect members of society, which covers a number of social insurance, including health insurance, and is insurance against health risks that hinder the lives of individuals and society and includes the costs of health services, including treatment and diagnosis, as well as covering interruption from work for a period or permanent disability.
Through the results of this research, we found that in the absence of health insurance, the applicant for health service will not be able to pay the value of this service due to its high cost, which often exceeds his income, and the health system in Algeria has made many achievements since independence, the most important of which is the decision to free treatment, the resumption of any professional activity leads to the suspension of the benefit of the disability pension. | | En ligne : | https://drive.google.com/file/d/1pgfjkayWSrSDvx_FQ216MADLHEkOxVPi/view?usp=drive [...] |
