تعد المستشفيات من المؤسسات الخدمية التي تقدم الخدمات الصحية لأفراد المجتمع ،الأمر الذي یتطلب من الدولة زيادة الاهتمام بها والعمل على تطويرها كما ونوعا لتقديم أفضل الخدمات الصحية للمرتادين لها والراقدين فيها من المرضى والمصابين ویسعى البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى أداء المستشفيات وذلك باستخدام بعض الأساليب والمؤشرات لتقییم أداء المستشفى نظرا لمحدودية الدراساتا لمتعلقة بتقییم الاداء .
The study aimed to find out the extent to which the health institution "Yusuf Ya'alawi" in Ain Azal used various methods to measure its performance, based on the measurement indicators proposed by the World Health Organization.
Hospitals are service institutions that provide health services to members of society, which requires the state to increase attention to them and work to develop them in quantity and quality to provide the best health services to patients and patients who are hospitalized and hospitalized. The research seeks to identify the level of performance of hospitals by using some methods and indicators to evaluate Hospital performance due to the limited studies related to performance evaluation.
