Keywords : startups , financing, venture capital, startuo found, support bodies. | | Résumé : | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية ودور آليات وهياكل تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر، كالتمويل عن طريق رأس مال المخاطر، صندوق تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة، هيئات الدعم ومرافقة المؤسسات التي تعمل على احتضان المشاريع، دعمها وضبطها والعمل على تقديم خدمات لتطويرها من أجل تحويل هذه المشاريع إلى أرض الواقع وخاصة المشاريع الريادية، حيث يعتبر قطاع المؤسسات الناشئة قطاعا هاما في الاقتصاد الوطني من خلال تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.
لخص هذا البحث إلى أن هذه الصيغ التمويلية تشكل بديل للنظام التمويلي عن طريق البنوك خاصة بنسبةللمؤسسات الناشئة كما تلعب هيئات الدعم دور كبير في تفعيل هذه المؤسسات الحيوية.
Summary :
This study aims to highlight the importance and role of financing mechanisms and structures for emerging enterprises in Algeria, such as financing through venture capital , the Fund for financing Emerging Enterprises, support bodies and accompanying institutions working to incubate projects, support and control them , and work to provide services for their development in turn these projects into landthe reality ,especially for entrepreneurial projects as the emerging enterprises sector is an important sector in the national economy through achieving economic and social development.
This research concluded that these financing formulas constitute an alternative to the financing system through banks especially for emerging institutions and support agencies play amajor role in these vital institutions.
