The aim of the study is to understand and know the impact of information technology usage in the organization, on the accounting information system we got familiar with the accounting information system and its most important components based on previous studies and specialized references on the subjectif, we learnt its functions ,its main goal in producing accounting information and delivering it to its beneficiaries and through our familiarity with the Information technology and identifying the infrastructure of technology with its Aspects , from software, communication networks, databases and individual skills, and In order to identify the impact of technological Evolution on the accounting information system, we conducted a case study in a national institution "Algerian Company for Electrical Industries SAIEG". The study concluded with several outcomes, the most important of which are: a Notable positive impact due the existence of databases that are considered a protection wall for the system, facilitating work for the accountant, the production of a high-quality accounting information and quickly providing it to officials, which led to the right decision-making in a timely manner , as well as the speed of its provision to beneficiaries. that Positively affected the high efficiency gained by the system.
