البورصة، الوساطة المالية، الاستراتيجيات. | | Résumé : | تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الوساطة المالية في البورصة من خلال القيام بمهنة الوساطة على اكمل وجه عن طريق أخصائين في هاذا المجال(الوسطاء) في ظل الأحداث التي شهدتها البورصة خلال سنوات الأخيرة المتمثلة في جائحة كورونا والحرب الأوكرانية بالإضافة إلى القرارات الجزائرية الجديدة، ولهذا الغرض تم القيام بدراسة على عينة من البورصات العربية (عمان ،مصر ،دبي،) ومن خلال تحليلنا تمكنا من التحقق من ان إستراتجيات المتبعة من قبل البورصات العربية السابقة هي السبب الرئيسي في تطورها وبوروزها عالميا وعربيا ، وقد خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات لتفعيل دور الوساطة المالية في البورصة أهمها إدراج عدد أكبر من الشركات ، خوصصة القطاع العام ،استعمال التكنولوجيا ،تطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة ،دعم وتشجيع مهنة الوساطة ،زيادة ايام التداول.
Summary:
The study aims to determine the role of financial intermediation in the stock market by fully engaging in the profession of intermediation through specialists (brokers) in this field, against the backdrop of recent events witnessed by the stock market, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ukrainian war, and the new Algerian decisions. To achieve this purpose, a study was conducted on a sample of Arab stock markets (Amman, Egypt, Dubai). Through our analysis, we were able to verify that the strategies adopted by the previous Arab stock markets are the main reason for their global and regional development. The study has produced a set of recommendations to activate the role of financial intermediation in the stock market, including increasing the number of listed companies, privatizing the public sector, utilizing technology, developing small and medium enterprises, supporting and promoting the intermediation profession, and extending trading days.
