This study aims to investigate and analyze the requirements and challenges of applying fintech in Algerian insurance companies according to international experiences. This study analyzes the most important Insurtech markets, including the United States, the United Kingdom, and China. The study relies on the descriptive analytical approach. The results of this study indicate that Insurtech is a branch of fintech, characterized by its great spread and great interest in developed countries. On the other hand, the Insurtech sector in Algeria seeks to exploit technological progress to improve its services and increase operational efficiency. However, the emerging market faces challenges such as the lack of a comprehensive legal and regulatory framework for this sector.
الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مراجعة وتحليل متطلبات وتحديات تطبيق التكنولوجيا المالية في شركات التأمين الجزائرية وفقا للتجارب الدولية. تحلل هذه الدراسة أهم أسواق تكنولوجيا التأمين التي تتمثل في الولايات المتحدة والمملكة المتحدة والصين. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تشير نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن التأمين التكنولوجي هو فرع من فروع التكنولوجيا المالية، يتميز بانتشار واسع ويحظى باهتمام كبير من طرف الدول المتقدمة. من ناحية أخرى، يسعى قطاع تكنولوجيا التأمين في الجزائر إلى استغلال التقدم التكنولوجي لتحسين خدماته وزيادة الكفاءة التشغيلية. ومع ذلك، تواجه الأسواق الناشئة تحديات مثل غياب إطار قانوني وتنظيمي شامل لهذا القطاع.
