Key words: work ethics, performance of employees, Algeria Telecom Corporation, code of ethics. | | Résumé : | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور أخلاقيات الوظيفة في تحسين أداء العاملين بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر، حيث تناولت الدراسة أهمية أخلاقيات الوظيفة في تحسين فعالية، فاعلية، جودة وانتاجية أداء موظفي وكالات الجزائر بكل من العلمة وسطيف. أكدت الدراسة أن أخلاقيات الوظيفة تساعد العاملين على أداء مهامهم بالطريقة المطلوبة والتي تعتمد أساسا على أبعاد أخلاقيات الوظيفة وأوصت الدراسة المؤسسة أن تبدي اهتمامها بأخلاقيات الوظيفة من خلال إصدار مدونة أخلاقية تضبط سلوك العاملين وأدائهم.
Abstract
This study aims to identify the role of job ethics in improving the performance of employees at Algeria Telecom Corporation. Where the study dealt with the importance of job ethics in improving the effectiveness, effectiveness, quality and productivity of the performance of the organization's employees. The study confirmed that job ethics helps workers to perform their tasks in the required manner, which depends mainly on the dimensions of job ethics, the study recommended that the institution show interest in job ethics by issuing an ethical code that controls the behavior and performance of employees.
