Keywords : Investment financing, Commercial banking, Industrial sector, Tourism sector, Société Générale Algeria SGA. | | Résumé : | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى المقارنة بين تمويل الاستثمار الصناعي والسياحي في الجزائر، مع تسليط الضوء على الطريقة المستخدمة من طرف البنوك التجارية عند دراسة الملفات المتعلقة بهذين القطاعين بصفة عامة، وبنك سوسيتي جنرال الجزائر بصفة خاصة. من خلال التعرف على الجوانب التقنية المرتبطة بتمويل هذين القطاعين.
توصلت هذه الدراسة، إلى أن تمويل قطاعي الصناعة والسياحة مرتبط بنفس المراحل الإجرائية، من دراسة ملف، وتحصيل ضمانات ومتابعة السداد، سواء تعلق الأمر بالقرض المصرفي أو الائتمان الايجاري، إلا أن نوعية المشروع هي التي تتحكم في: اختيار الصيغ التمويلية المناسبة، هوامش الأرباح، وآجال سداد التمويل.
Abstract:
This study aims to compare the financing of industrial and tourist investments in Algeria, highlighting the method used by commercial banks when studying files related to these two sectors in general, and within Société Générale Algeria in particular. By becoming familiar with the technical aspects related to the financing of these two sectors.
This study concluded that the financing of the industry and tourism sectors is linked to the same procedural steps, from the study of a file, the collection of guarantees and the follow-up of loan repayment, whether a bank loan or a lease. However, it is the quality of the project that determines: The choice of the appropriate financing formulas, the profit margins and the repayment periods for the financing.
