Abstract :
The research explores the role of investing in human capital and its relationship with corporate social responsibility. A case study was conducted on Nafatal Corporation, where a questionnaire was distributed to a group of employees to gather the necessary data. The potential benefits of investing in the development and enhancement of human resources, including training, development, improving working conditions, and achieving work-life balance, are analyzed. The importance of adopting social responsibility in investing in human resources to achieve sustainable development, build strong relationships with employees, and enhance the company's standing in society is highlighted. The data is analyzed, and the study's findings and practical recommendations for the organization to enhance investment in human capital and promote social responsibility are presented.
