Key words : Supply, supply management, performance improvement, Corona pandemic, Ukrainian war | | Résumé : | تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور إدارة التموين في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية من خلال الشراء بالسعر المناسب والكمية والجودة المناسبة ومن المصدر المناسب وفي الوقت المناسب في ظل الأحداث التي شهدتها خلال ثلاث سنوات الأخيرة المتمثلة في جائحة كورونا والحرب الأوكرانية بالإضافة إلى القرارات السياسية الاقتصادية الجزائرية الجديدة، ولهذا الغرض تم القيام بدراسة ميدانية على عينة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية الصناعية التي تنشط في ولاية سطيف ومن خلال تحليل 41 استمارة باستخدام برمجة التحليل الاحصائي SPSS تمكنا من التحقق من مساهمة إدارة التموين بدرجة متوسطة في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية للعينة محل الدراسة، وبعد الشراء بالسعر المناسب ومن المصدر المناسب أكثرها تأثيرا على الأداء، وقد خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات لتفعيل دور إدارة التموين أهمها إعطاء أهمية أكثر للمنتج المحلي وإدخال التكنولوجيا الحديثة في إدارة التموين لمواكبة التطور ومواجهة كل الظروف.
Abstract :
The study aims to identify the role of supply management in improving the performance of economic institutions through purchasing at the appropriate price, quantity, quality, and from the appropriate source and at the appropriate time in light of the events witnessed during the last three years, represented by the Corona pandemic and the Ukrainian war, in addition to the new Algerian economic decisions. For this purpose, a field study was conducted on a sample of Algerian industrial economic institutions operating in the state of Setif. Through analyzing 41 questionnaires using SPSS statistical analysis programming, we were able to verify that supply management contributes moderately to improving the performance of economic institutions for the study sample. After purchasing at the appropriate price and from the appropriate source has the most impact on performance. The study came out with a set of recommendations to activate the role of supply management, most notably giving more importance to local products and introducing modern technology in supply management to keep pace with development and face all conditions.
