Summury :
The aim of this study was to identify the causes ok work accidents and injuries in the indistrial organization k-plast cables.to achieve the objective of this study , a descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, including observation personal interview with the RH manager ; and reviewing various documents of the organization . By utilizing indicators of work accidents and injuries, the study found that the cause of work accidents and injuries in the studied organization can be categorized as material and human factors. Additionally , work injuries in the organization were found to be increasing and varied depending on the means type, location of injuries, as well as the month of occurrence. Furthermore, an increase was recorded in both the rate of occurrence of inhuries and severity of injuries, along withe the average severity rate of injuries. The study concluded zith a set of recommandations and future research prospects.
