Abstract:
This study aims to know The Role of Human Resource Management in The Integration of New employees in BCR’s company, Setif, in addition to this, the researcher pursues to discover the reality of integration methods: reception, welcome, training and follow-upin the company. In order to achieve these goals, we have used documents and interview to collect data. Where the interview was conducted with the human resources manager and two employees in the organization. Resulting that the company has a role of human resources management in the integration of new employees.
