Keywords: health institutions, medical waste, medical waste management. | | Résumé : | شكل التسيير الغير السليم لنفايات الطبية سواء على مستوى المؤسسات الصحية أو خارجها، إلى ظهور أخطار ومشاكل مست البيئة والصحة العامة.حيث يتمحور موضوع دراستنا الحالية حول نفس المشكلة وهي كالأتي:"إدارة النفايات الطبية في المؤسسات الاستشفائية دراسة حالة المركز الاستشفائي الجامعي سعادنة عبد النور بسطيف".
ولإثراء هذا الموضوع ضمت دراستنا فصلين نظريين وفصل تطبيقي خاص بدراسة واقع تسيير النفايات الطبية في المركز الاستشفائي الجامعي سعادنة عبد النور بسطيف،حيث تم الاعتماد على المقابلات الحرة في جمع البيانات وكذا الملاحظة والوثائق الإدارية، وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة إن المركز الاستشفائي الجامعي سعادنة عبد النور لا يتعامل مع نفاياته وفق المعايير المنصوص عليها دوليا ومحليا، كما بينت الدراسة إن المركز يعاني من مشاكل كثيرة في تسيير نفاياته.
Abstract :
The improper management of medical waste, whether at the level of health institutions or outside them, has led to the emergence of risks and problems affecting the environment and public health. Where the subject of our current study revolves around the same problem, which is as follows: "Medical waste management in hospital institutions, a case study of the University Hospital Center of Saadna Abdel Nour in Setif."
To enrich this topic, our study included two theoretical chapters and an applied chapter for studying the reality of medical waste management at the University Hospital Center Saadna Abdel Nour in Setif, where free interviews were relied upon to collect data as well as observation and administrative documents. It deals with its waste according to the standards stipulated internationally and locally. The study also showed that the center suffers from many problems in managing its waste.
