Keywords: loan guarantee agencies, small and medium enterprises. | | Résumé : | تناولت الدراسة دور هيئات ضمان القروض في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، كل من البنوك والمؤسسات المالية، ونظرا لاختلاف طبيعة عمل كل منهما فهذه الدراسة تهدف للتعرف على حقيقة السياسة المعتمدة لمنح القروض لدى كل منهما.
ومن خلال الدراسة التطبيقية لصندوق ضمان القروض المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الجزائري، وكذا الشركة الأردنية لضمان القروض، اتضح الاختلاف بين البرامج المقدمة لدعم المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة.
كما توصلنا إلى أنّه رغم الاختلاف في البرامج المعتمدة في منح التمويل لدى كل منهما إلاّ أن كل منهما يسعى إلى هدف واحد وهو النهوض بالاقتصاد.
Summary :
The study examined the role loan guarantee agencies in financing small and medium enterprises, both banks and financial institutions, and due to the different nature of their work, this study aims to identify the reality of the approved policy for granting loans to each of them.
And through the applied study of the Algerian Loan Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises, as well as the Jordanian Loan Guarantee Company, the difference between the programs provided to support small and medium enterprises became clear.
and we also concluded that despite the difference in the approved programs in granting financing to each of them, each of them seeks to One goal is the advancement of the economy.
