Keywords : Social Audit, Human Resources Management, Public Economic Institution, Employment Policy. | | Résumé : | هدفت هذهالدراسة إلى توضيح دور التدقيق الاجتماعي في تحسين سياسة التوظيف بمديرية الموارد المائية بولاية سطيف، ويظهر جليا من خلال الجانب النظري ودراسة الحالة التي تمت على مستوى مكتب الموارد البشرية والتكوين بمديرية الموارد المائية بولاية سطيف، حيث تطرقنا فيها إلى إجراءات ومدى تأثير التدقيق الاجتماعي على سياسة التوظيف.
وقد توصلت الدراسةالىوجود مجموعة من إجراءات التدقيق الاجتماعي تطبق على إدارة الموارد البشرية بهدف تحسين التوظيف بالمديرية، منها تدقيق (التكوين، الترقية، التوظيف، تدقيق ظاهرة التغيب)، وهذا يدل على انه كلما كان تطبيق التدقيق الاجتماعي جيد وفعال، يؤدي إلى تحسين سياسة التوظيف.
Research Summary :
This study aims to clarify the role of social auditing in improving the employment policy of the Directorate of Water Resources in the city of Sétif, and it is evident through the case study we carried out at the level of the Office of Human Resources and Training at the Directorate of Water Resources in the wilaya of Sétif, where we discussed the procedures and the impact of social auditing on employment policy.
Finally, we have found that there is a set of procedures for applying social auditing to human resources management with the aim of improving employment in the directorate, including auditing (auditing training, recruitment, auditing the phenomenon of absenteeism), and this means whenever the social audit is good and effective leads to improving the employment policy.
