Abstract:
This studyaims to investigate the role of digitalization in improving the quality of university services, focusing on the services provided by the Directorate of University Services at Ferhat Abbas University 1 Setif. In order to do so, a questionnaire has been used as the main tool for collecting data, which has been distributed to employees who have a direct relationship with digitalization (27 employees). The questionnaire has been divided into tow axes, one related to digitalization, while the other includes the dimensions of services quality, namely, tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The study has reached a set of results, one of these results concerning the positive role of digitalization in improving the university services quality through the dimensions of tangibility and responsiveness, while the absence of the role in relation to the remaining dimensions.
