Keywords: recycling, procurement management, storage function, development, costs. | | Résumé : | تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الذي يلعبه التدوير ببعديه الرئيسيين البيئي والاقتصادي في تخفيض تكاليف المشتريات المؤسسة الصناعية، وتم تقسيم البحث إلى جزئين: جزء نظري تم التطرق فيه إلى المفاهيم بكل من التدوير والإدارة المهتمة بتخفيض تكاليف المشتريات، أما الجزء الثاني فقد تمثل في الجانب التطبيقي عبر دراسة ميدانية في مؤسستين صناعيتين، مؤسسة ك بلاست k-plastلصناعة وتحويل البلاستيك (وحدة الأنابيب) ومؤسسة سيبلاست Si plast لحقن ونفخ البلاستيك التي تنشط في إقليم ولاية سطيف.
ولقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن هناك أثر إيجابي للتدوير على تكاليف المشتريات حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه عندما يتم تدوير البلاستيك المستخدم يمكن استخدامه في العملية الإنتاجية من جديد بدلا من شراء البلاستيك الخام، وهذا يقلل من الحاجة إلى شراء كميات كبيرة من البلاستيك الخام مما يؤدي إلى توفير تكاليف الشراء.
Abstract:
The study aims at shedding light on the importance of recycling with its both dimensions; environmental and economical and its role on reducing charges of the industrial companies.
In fact, our research is divided into two main parts: a theoritical part which is devoted for the main concdepts related to the topic; recycling, and the adminisration which in charge of reducing charges of purchasing and procurement. The second part is a practical study which is held in two companies; K-PLAST cpmpany which produces and transforms plastic- pipe unit- and SI-PLAST. Both companies are in Setif district.
The findings of this study have a positive impact of recycling on the costs and charges of purchasing. In fact, when we recycle used plastic in the manifacturing process instead of buying raw plastic, it leads to reducing the cost and save extra charges for the sustainable development of the company.
