Abstract
This study aimed to clarify the concept of Female Entrepreneurship in Algeria, with a
focus on the various support agencies, especially the role of the National Agency for the
Management of Microcredit in developing it through a case study of the Local
Development Bank, using a descriptive approach in the theoretical side of the study and
supported by analysis in the applied side in order to analyze The role of the National
Agency for Microcredit Management in this field.
Among the most important results reached through this study is that women's
entrepreneurship in Algeria has not yet risen to the required level despite the efforts and
established mechanisms by the Algerian state. concerned with its importance in the
development of the national economy.
The success of women's entrepreneurship is mainly based on the aspect of
entrepreneurial financing and how to manage it well. To ensure this, the state must provide
an appropriate ecosystem, in addition to spreading the culture of women's entrepreneurship
and raising its levels.
