Keys words : statement of cash flows,list of operating flouws, list of finacing flow,list of investement flow,financial performance evalution, liquidity quality,profitability quality. | | Résumé : | تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة مدى فعالية استخدام قائمة التدفقات النقدية لمؤسسةSARL AGRO FILM التي بوبت إلى تدفقات تشغيلية وتمويلية واستثمارية في تقييم الأداء المالي المحقق ومقارنته بما تم التسطير له ومعرفة الانحرافات الناتج عنها مع الحرص التام على تطبيق جميع المراحل والخطوات لان عملية الأداء تزود المؤسسة بالمعلومات الموضوعية والدقيقة لنقاط القوة والضعف القابلة لتحسينه أثناء تأدية المهام ووضع إستراتيجية تعتمد على التخطيط والتسيير الجيد لمستقبلها ومراقبة نشاطها واتخاذ القرارات التصحيحية لغرض تحقيق الأهداف المخطط لها.
ومن خلال الدراسة تم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن الأداء المالي يتمثل في اشتقاق المؤشرات من قائمة التدفقات النقدية متمثل في نسبة السيولة وربحية على الأساس النقدي ومقارنتها بالقوائم المالية الأخرى القائمة على الأساس الاستحقاق تفيد في معرفة الوضع المالي للمؤسسات التي هي في حالة نشاط وتساهم في التنبؤ بالتعثر المالي المبكر قبل حدوثه لمعالجته وإيجاد الطرق والحلول الممكنة.
Abstract :
The study aims to find out the effectiveness of using SARL AGRO FILM’S cash flow statement /list which has been classified into operational, financial and investment activities and in evaluating the financial performance realized, and comparing it to what has been underlined and to know the deviations resulting from it with the thorough care to apply all stages and steps because the performance process provides the institution with objective and accurate information of the weaknesses that can be improved during the performance of tasks and the development of a strategy based on good planning and managing for its future and monitoring its activity and take corrective decisions to achieve the planned objectives.
And through the study, several results were reached ,the most important of which is that financial performance is represented in the deviation of indicators from the statement/list of cash flows represented in the liquidity on cash basis and comparing them with other financial statements/list based on the accrual basis which helps to know the financial position of the institution /company in an active state and which contributes to predict any financial failure before it occurs to address it and find possible ways and solutions.
