تعد إدارة المشتريات عنصرا أساسيا لنجاح المؤسسات وتعزيز قدرتها التنافسية، وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر إجراءات الشراء الصناعي في تحسين جودة المنتجات، وذلك بالتطبيق على عينة من المؤسسات الصناعية بولاية سطيف.
ولاستكمال الهدف الذي تسعى الدراسة إلى تحقيقه، تم الاستعانة بالاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات.
وبعد تحليل البيانات المجمعة ومعالجتها إحصائيا بالاستعانة ببرنامجSPSS، تم التوصل إلى أن هناك تأثيرا ذا دلالة إحصائية لإجراءات الشراء الصناعي على تحسين جودة المنتجات بالمؤسسات محل الدراسة.

Summary:
Purchasing management is an essential element for the success of institutions and enhancing their competitiveness. The study aimed to identify the impact of industrial procurement procedures on improving the quality of products, by applying this study to a sample of industrial institutions in the state of Setif.
To complete the objective that the study seeks to achieve, the questionnaire was used as a data collection tool.
After analyzing the collected data and processing it statistically using the SPSS program, it was concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of industrial procurement procedures on improving the quality of products in the institutions under study.
