وقد توصلت الدراسة الى وجود تأثير إيجابي للتحول الرقمي على تحسين جودة الخدمات المصرفي الالكترونية بنسبة 62,7%، حيث برز كل من بعدي الحوكمة الرقمية والاعمال الرقمية كأكثر العوامل تأثيرا.
Abstract:
This study aimed to analyze the impact of digital transformation on the quality of electronic banking services in BEA and TBA banks. The descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, using questionnaires distributed to a sample of 30 employees from the studied banks, along with an interview with a bank official. The data was analyzed and hypotheses were tested using SPSS (Version 26).
The study concluded that digital transformation has a positive impact on improving the quality of electronic banking services, with an influence rate of 62.7%. Digital governance and digital business emerged as the most influential factors.
