Key words : performance appraisal, Balanced Scorecard, Balanced Scorecard dimensions. | | Résumé : | هدفت الدراسة لتقييم مستوى أداء المؤسسة الإقتصادية الجزائرية باعتماد بطاقة الأداء المتوازن باعتبارها من الأدوات الحديثة لمراقبة التسيير، حيث أجريت الدراسة الميدانية بمؤسسة ستيفيس بوتلنج كومباني، لأجل ذلك تم اعتماد الإستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيعه على عينة مكونة من المسؤولين بالمؤسسة والبالغ عددهم 22، توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى تأكيد أن مؤسسة ستيفيس بوتلنج كومباني توازن بين أبعاد بطاقة الأداء المتوازن الأربعة (البعد المالي، بعد العملاء، بعد العمليات الداخلية، بعد التعلم والنمو) في تحقيق أدائها.
This study aims to measure the performance level of the Algerian economic company using the Balanced Scorecard as one of the modern tools for management control, the case study has been conducted at Sétifis Bottling Company, to do so, a questionnaire has been adopted as the primary tool for data collection, where it has been distributed to a sample consisting of 22 officials in this company, The study results have confirmed that Sétifis Bottling Company balanced the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard )financial dimension, customer dimension, internal operations dimension, learning and growth dimension( in evaluating its performance | | En ligne : | https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_4oTdOK637Fd2PmzxSTcBojyKx2OKOHg/view?usp=drive [...] |
