Keywords: factors of agricultural production ,value of agricultural production, (ARDL) model. | | Résumé : | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة محددات نمو القطاع الزراعي في الجزائر باستخدام بيانات سنوية خلال الفترة 1992-2020، وللوصول إلى أهداف الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وباستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة ARDLكأداة لإجراء الدراسة القياسية، حيث توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها يتأثر القطاع الزراعي بعدة عوامل تساهم في تنميته وتطويره، ومن بينها معدل نمو القمة المضافة الزراعية، نسبة القوى العاملة ، واردات العتاد الفلاحي، المتغير المناخي الأمطار، الأراضي الزراعية من الأراضي الإجمالية، التمويل المصرفي الزراعي، صادرات المواد الأولية الزراعية بالإضافة إلى عوامل أخرى تسعى الدولة لتحسينها بغرض تحسن الإنتاج وزيادة الإنتاجية لتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي بتوفير الأمن الغذائي، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن معدل نمو القيمة المضافة الزراعية، واردات العتاد الفلاحي، الأمطار، الأراضي الزراعية تعتبر من أهم محددات نمو القطاع الزراعي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1992-2020.
This study aims to know the determinants of the growth of the agricultural sector in Algeria using annual data during the period 1992-2020, and to reach the objectives of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was adopted, and by using the ARDL autoregressive model as a tool to conduct the standard study, as the results of the study reached a set of The most important results are that the agricultural sector is affected by several factors that contribute to its development and development, including the rate of growth of the agricultural added value, labor force ratio, agricultural equipment imports, climate change, rainfall, agricultural land from the total land, agricultural banking financing, exports of agricultural raw materials, in addition to other factors that the state seeks to improve in order to improve production and increase productivity to achieve self-sufficiency in providing food security.
