Keywords: Digital communication, Higher education institutions, Professors, Digital tools, Education quality.Résumé : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الاتصال الرقمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر الأساتذة , و ذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية لعينة من أساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية و التجارية و علوم التسيير – جامعة سطيف - . و قد تم التركيز على عدة محاور أساسية تشمل: الإمكانات الاتصالية المتوفرة , وسائل الاتصال الرقمي المستخدمة , أهمية هذا الاتصال في العمل الأكاديمي , مساهمته في تحسين جودة التواصل , المعيقات التي تحد من فعاليته , و الحلول المقترحة لتطويره .
اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي , و تم استخدام الاستبيان كآداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات , حيث تم توزيعه على عينة من( 62) أستاذا . و قد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS)) . توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها , أن الاتصال الرقمي يحظى بأهمية كبيرة لدى الأساتذة ,إذ يساهم في تسهيل المهام الأكاديمية و الإدارية و كذا تحسين جودة التفاعل داخل المؤسسة . كما أظهرت النتائج توفر الحد الأدنى من الوسائل الاتصالية الرقمية بالكلية , لكن ما تزال هناك معوقات مرتبطة بنقص التكوين الرقمي , و ضعف البنية التحتية التقنية ,بالإضافة إلى تذبذب في استخدام المنصات الرقمية التعليمية .
وبالتالي حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة تحسين التكوين الرقمي للأساتذة , و توفير الدعم التقني , بالإضافة إلى تبني استراتيجية رقمية شاملة لتفعيل الاتصال الرقمي داخل الجامعة , بما يعزز من فعاليتها و يساهم في تحقيق جودة التعليم العالي .
Abstract:
This study aimed to explore the reality of digital communication in higher education institutions from the perspective of university professors . through a field study conducted on a sample of professors at the Faculty of Economic,Commercial and Management Sciences,University of Setif .The study focused on key dimensions including: professors’ communication capabilities, the digital tools used, the significance of digital communication in academic tasks, its contribution to communication quality, the barriers limiting its effectiveness, and suggested solutions for improvement .
The descriptive method was adopted, and a quastionnaire was used as the primary tool for data collection. Distributed to a sample of (62) professors. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS).
The findings revealed that digital communication is highly valued by university professors as it facilitates academic and administrative tasks and enhances interaction quality within the institution. While the basic digital infrastructure is available at the faculty, challenges persist such as insufficient digital training, inadequate technical resources, and inconsistent use of educational digital platforms.
The study concluded with a call for improving professors digital skills, enhancing technical support, and adopting a comprehensive digital strategy within universities to strengthen communication processes and promote the quality of higher education.

Abstract :
The study aimed to identify the reality of the application of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with the ISO45001 standard in SBC institution, it also hughlights the importance of this administrative system for both worker and institution, and we have conducded that the establishment in wich we conducted the study gives a great importance to the health and safety of its workers by ensuring the provision of a safe and healthy work environment. This is evidenced by its adoption of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with OHSAS18001 since 2009. Also, the institution has implemented the requirements of the new standard ISO45001, and it remains only to obtain documentation. هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على دور التسويق الرقمي في نمو الشركات الناشئة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قمنا باختيار إحدى الشركات الناشئة والتي تمثلت في منصة السبورة للتعليم الإلكتروني، وهي منصة تعليمية إلكترونية تجمع بين التكنولوجيا الرقمية الحديثة وأفضل الممارسات التعليمية لتوفير بيئة تعليمية متكاملة ومتطورة، بحيث تقدم دورات محلية ودولية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الشركة محل الدراسة تسعى لأن تصبح رائدة في مجال نشاطها من خلال استخدامها لأفضل الوسائط الرقمية، ومن بين هذه الوسائط أدوات التسويق الرقمي والتي تعتمد عليها بشكل كبير في التسويق لخدماتها، وقد ساهم هذا الأخير في زيادة عدد متابعيها خارج وداخل الوطن كما ساهم بشكل كبير في زيادة عدد المتعاملين معها وبالتالي فقد ساهم التسويق الرقمي في نمو وتطور الشركة محل الدراسة.
Abstract
The study aimed to examine the role of digital marketing in the growth of startups. To achieve this objective, we selected a startup company represented by the "eSaboura" e-learning platform. This platform combines modern digital technology with best educational practices to provide a comprehensive and advanced learning environment, offering both local and international courses. The study found that the company under study aims to become a leader in its field by utilizing the best digital media, including digital marketing tools, which it heavily relies on to market its services. This has contributed to an increase in its followers both domestically and internationally and has significantly boosted the number of its clients. Consequently, digital marketing has played a substantial role in the growth and development of the company under study.

Abstract
