Keywords: consumer attitudes, urban transportation services, Setif tramway.. | | Résumé : | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحليل اتجاهات سلوك المستهلك نحو خدمات النقل الحضري، أين تم إعداد الجانب التطبيقي للدراسة على مستخدمي ترامواي سطيف، والتي تمت على عينة مكونة من 97 مفردة، أين توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود اتجاهات إيجابية نحو كل التكلفة والحركية، الراحة والأمان، التفاعلالاجتماعي والتجربة الشخصية وتوقيت خدمات ترامواي سطيف، الامر جعل اتجاهات مستخدمي ترامواي سطيف إيجابية نحو خدماته.
Abstract:
The main purpose of the current study is to analyze consumer behavior attitudes towards urban transportation services. The case study was released on the users of the Setif tramway. The study was conducted on a sample of 97 respondents, and the results indicate that there are positive attitudes towards cost and mobility, comfort and safety, social interaction and personal experience, as well as towards the timing of Setif tramway services.
