Keywords : overall quality management,competitiveness | | Résumé : | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد طبيعة العلاقة القائمة بين تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة وتحسين تنافسية المؤسسة وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي القائم على جمع المعطيات والبيانات المتعلقة بالظاهرة موضوع الدراسة، وتحليلها وتفسيرها مع الربط بين متغيراتها للوصول إلى نتائج واقعية، حيث تم تطوير استبيان يتكون من 26 عبارة وزع على كافة الإطارات في المؤسسة وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه هناك تأثير إيجابي لتطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة على تحسين تنافسية المؤسسة.
ABSTRACT
This study was amied at identifying the nature of the relationship between total quality management and improving the competitiveness of the enterprise .The study followed the analytical descriptive approach based on data collection and data on the phenomenon under study and their analysis and interpretation, and liking their varibles to achieve realistic results, A questionnaire consisting if 26 phrases distributed to all tyres in the institution was developed and the study found tht there is a positive impact if application of CQM on the improvement of the enterprises competitivene
