حيث تساعد هذه المعلومات مستخدمي القوائم المالية أو بالأحرى المحللين الماليين في تتبع حركة سيولة المؤسسة ووضعيتها، وكل ذلك بالاعتماد على العديد من المؤشرات والنسب المالية المشتقة من جدول تدفقات الخزينة.
وقد تم اسقاط دراستنا النظرية على مؤسسة مطاحن الهضاب العليا بولاية سطيف للفترة (2019-2022)، حيث تم تقييم أدائها المالي بواسطة مختلف قوائمها المالية المتمثلة في الميزانية وجدول حسابات النتائج وجدول تدفقات الخزينة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن جدول تدفقات الخزينة يعتبر أداة مكملة ودقيقة الاستخدام في الحكم على فعالية تسيير الموارد المالية، حيث أشار إلى أن الأداء المالي الخاص بمؤسسة الهضاب العليا في تراجع مستمر طوال سنوات الدراسة بحيث لم تتمكن من الوفاء بالتزاماتها كاملة. وعليه تم التوصل الى ان الخزينة سالبة بالرغم من وجود ربح في نتيجة السنة المالية للمؤسسة. وكل ذلك راجع لمختلف المشاكل سواء الادارية او المالية التي تعود بشكل مباشر على ارباح المؤسسة.
Abstract :
His study aims to understand the role of the cash flow statement in evaluating the financial performance of an organization, highlighting its significant importance in providing various pieces of information exclusive to it, unlike other financial statements. This information aids users of financial statements, particularly financial analysts, in tracking the liquidity movement and status of the organization, relying on several indicators and financial ratios derived from the cash flow statement.
Our theoretical study was applied to the Hodna Mills Corporation in Sétif Province for the period (2019-2022), where its financial performance was evaluated using various financial statements such as the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. The study concludedthat the cash flow statement is a complementary and precise tool in assessing the efficiency of managing financial resources. It indicated that the financial performance ofHodnaMills Corporation has been in continuous decline throughout the study period, as it was unable to fully meet its obligations, resulting in a negative cash flow despite having a profit in the financial year's results. This decline was attributed to various administrative and financial issues directly impacting the company's profits.
