Key words: Balanced Scorecard, Financial Performance Evaluation, Key Performance Indicators, Causal Relationships. | | Résumé : | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية، وبغية الإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي لتسليط الضوء على مختلف المفاهيم النظرية المرتبطة بموضوع الدراسة، أما الجانب التطبيقي استخدمنا المنهج التحليلي للتعرف على الأدوات المعتمدة في تقييم الأداء المالي في كل من شركة SPA Pharma Invest وشركة SCAEK، كما حاولنا إقتراح نموذج لبطاقة الأداء المتوازن لكل شركة بناءا على معطيات سنة 2023 وذلك بالاستعانة ببرنامج BSC Designer.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن شركة SPA Pharma Invest تتابع مستوى أدائها وفق بنائها لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية KPIs، كما تولي إهتماما كبيرا للمؤشرات غير المالية، إلا أنه لا يوجد تطبيق فعلي للبطاقة في شركة SPA Pharma Invest، وكذلك شركة SCAEK لا تعتمد على بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تقييم أدائها بالرغم من أن كلا الشركتين تتوفران على المقومات اللازمة والتي تسهل عليهم تطبيق البطاقة، لتقييم الأداء المالي على المدى القصير والطويل، كما وجدنا أن تكامل أبعاد بطاقة الأداء المتوازن من خلال العلاقات السببية يعمل على تحسين الأداء المالي.
Abstract:
This study aims to highlight the role of the Balanced Scorecard in evaluating the financial performance of economic institutions. To address the study's problem, we adopted a descriptive approach to shed light on various theoretical concepts related to the study topic. For the practical aspect, we used an analytical approach to identify the tools used in evaluating financial performance in both SPA Pharma Invest and SCAEK companies. We also attempted to propose a Balanced Scorecard model for each company based on 2023 data, utilizing the BSC Designer software.
The study found that SPA Pharma Invest monitors its performance level through the construction of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and places significant emphasis on non-financial indicators. However, there is no actual implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in SPA Pharma Invest. Similarly, SCAEK does not rely on the Balanced Scorecard to evaluate its performance, even though both companies possess the necessary components that would facilitate the application of the scorecard for evaluating financial performance in the short and long term.
