ABSTRACT : Modern administration, which relies on advanced technological tools, plays a significant role in developing public facilities by adopting efficient management methods and moving away from traditional administrative practices. The more technological means are integrated into public facilities, the more the services improve in terms of efficiency, quality, and responsiveness to citizens' needs. The National Ministry of Education has adopted these technological tools in its administrative processes and integrated them with internet networks, which has contributed significantly to the improvement of the education system in Algeria.

Keywords: Financial Inclusion, Financial Stability, Algeria, Financial Inclusion Indicators, Financial Stability Indicators, Individuals, Economic Growth.Résumé : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع الشمول المالي والاستقرار المالي على المستوى العالمي والعربي مع إسقاطه على حالة الجزائر، مع تبيان انعكاسات كل متغير على الآخر، من خلال دراسة علاقة الارتباط بينهما وتأثيرهما على الاقتصاد الوطني في ظل النظام المالي الحالي، حيث ركزت هذه الدراسة على تفسير وتحليل معظم مؤشرات الشمول المالي وأهم مؤشرات الاستقرار المالي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استعمال المنهج الوصفي وذلك بالاعتماد على التحليل الأساسي والتحليل البياني.
توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج مفادها أن الشمول المالي في الجزائر ورغم الجهود المبذولة لا يرقى إلى المستوى المطلوب الذي يواكب التطور الذي شهدته بعض الدول العربية وباقي دول العالم المتقدمة في هذا المجال، على الرغم من أن الواقع يظهر تحسنا ملحوظا في هذا السياق من خلال السياسات المنتهجة خلال السنوات الأخيرة، والذي تجلى نوعا ما في الأريحية المالية والتي انعكست إيجابا على الاستقرار المالي بحكم العلاقة الطردية بينهما، بيد أن كلاهما يكمل الآخر وفي كلا الاتجاهين.
Abstract:
This study aimed to find out both the reality of financial inclusion and financial stability at the global and Arab level, projecting it onto the case of Algeria, while showing the repercussions of each variable on the other. Thus, by studying their relationship and the impact on the national economy within the actully financial system. This study focused on interpreting and analyzing almost financial inclusion indicators and the most important financial stability indicators. To achieve this goal, the descriptive approach was used, relying on fundamental analysis and graphical analysis.
