Keywords: Financial and Economic profitability, Cost of financing, Weighted average cost of capital. | | Résumé : | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز العلاقة بين كل من المردودية وتكلفة التمويل، حيث تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي. عالجت الدراسة من خلال الجانب النظري مختلف مصادر التمويل وتكلفة كل مصدر وكذا التكلفة الوسطية المرجحة لرأس المال كما تم التطرق إلى المردودية وأنواعها وأهم العوامل المؤثرة فيها، أما في الجانب التطبيقي تمت الدراسة على مستوى مؤسسة الإخوة حلفاية، حيث توصلنا إلى أن تكلفة التمويل لا تؤثر على المردودية المالية للمؤسسة بينما المردودية الاقتصادية تؤثر عليها.
Abstract
The study aimed at clarifying the relationship between profitability and the cost of financing, using a descriptive approach. The study addressed various sources of financing and the cost of each source, as well as the weighted average cost of capital. It also discussed profitability and its types, along with the key factors influencing it. On the practical side, the study was conducted at the level of the brothers halfaya Company. According to our findings, the cost of financing does not impact the financial performance of the organization, whereas the economic performance is affected by it.
