• قبول الفرضية الرئيسية التي تنص على وجود أثر إيجابي لتطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة على الأداء الوظيفي في البنك محل الدراسة.
• يعتمد البنك على بعد التحسين الدائم و المستمر وله أثر إيجابي في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي مما يدفع العمال إلى تحمل مسؤولياتهم وأداء أعمالهم بدقة و إتقان.
• باقي الأبعاد لا تؤثر في تفعيل الأداء الوظيفي في البنك محل الدراسة لأن البنك لا يعطيها الأهمية اللازمة.
Abstract
This study aimed to clarify the impact of Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation on functional performance in banks. Total Quality Management is a contemporary management concept that enables organizations to gain a larger market share, achieve a competitive advantage, and earn customer satisfaction. It also works to enhance the efficiency of functional performance by applying its core dimensions in the organization, which include: top management support, teamwork and workforce training, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
The study adopted an inductive approach using a descriptive-analytical method, and a questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample of 40 employees in the Algerian External Bank (BEA) agency in Setif. The data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Through the study, we reached the following key findings:
• The main hypothesis, stating that there is a positive impact of Total Quality Management implementation on functional performance in the studied bank, was accepted.
• The bank relies on continuous and ongoing improvement, which has a positive impact on enhancing functional performance, motivating employees to assume their responsibilities and perform their tasks accurately and efficiently.
• The remaining dimensions do not have an impact on activating functional performance in the studied bank because the bank does not give them the necessary importance.

Abstract

Summary
Given the increasing environmental and economic challenges facing countries around the world and the need for more efficient and sustainable development models, this study aimed to analyze the role of the circular economy in achieving sustainable development. This was done by examining the experiences of the Netherlands, the United Arab Emirates, and Finland, focusing on the adopted policies, sectoral applications, and their impact on economic, environmental, and social indicators, in addition to the challenges, with an attempt to extract the most important lessons learned from them. It also aimed to explore ways to adapt and implement the circular economy in Algeria in light of the analyzed experiences of leading international cases. This study relied on the descriptive-analytical approach, supported by the comparative and quantitative methods, with the aim of understanding the reality and analyzing the available data on the international experiences under study. In addition to the foresight aspect for Algeria. The study concluded that the circular economy effectively contributes to waste reduction, enhances resource efficiency, achieves green economic growth, and meets long-term sustainable development goals. Governance,Governance university,out puts quality of higher eduction.Résumé : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلي التعرف على اثر تطبيق مبادئ حوكمة الجامعات على جودة مخرجات التعليم العالي في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير سطيف ـ1ـ وذلك من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بها ، ومن اجل تحقيق ذلك تم الاعتماد على مناهج متعددة من أهمها المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك بغية تحليل الإحصائيات التي تعالج هذا الموضوع،كما تمت الاستعانة بالاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات ،حيث تم توزيعه علي عينة بلغ حجمها 50 أستاذ تم إخضاعها للمعالجة والتحليل الاحصائى باستخدام الحزم الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS V25 .
توصلت هذه الدراسة الى عدد من النتائج كان أهمها مستوى تطبيق الكلية محل الدراسة لمبادئ حوكمة الجامعات متوسط من وجهة نظر هيئة التدريس ،كما أن مستوى جودة مخرجات التعليم العالي في الكلية محل الدراسة متوسط من وجهة نظر هيئة أعضاء التدريس ،كما بينت نتائج الدراسة انه يوجد تأثير ايجابي لمبادئ حوكمة الجامعات على جودة مخرجات التعليم العالي في الكلية محل الدراسة من خلال كل من جودة الطالب الجامعي و جودة أعضاء هيئة التدريس وجودة البحث العلمي و يوجد تأثير ايجابي لمبادئ حوكمة الجامعات علي جودة البرامج التعليمية في الكلية محل الدراسة حسب إجابات عينة الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلي أن هناك علاقة بين جودة مخرجات التعليم العالي و كل من مبادئ حوكمة الجامعات (المشاركة، الشفافية، المساءلة).
Abstract
This study aimed to identify the impact of university govemance on the quality of sleep outputs higher education at the faculty of physical and cyber sciences 1, from the point of view of the membres of the ,teaching in it .
In order to achieve this, several approa ches have been adopted, the most important of which is the descriptive analytical approach ,in order to analyze(statistics that address this topic ,bar stepian has also been used as a data collection tool, where distributed over a sample size of 50 professors, whith was subjected to peristalsis and statistical analysis using packages . SPSS V 25 of social science .
this study reached one of the most important reslts :the level of application of the college under study the govemance of universities is average from the point of view of the teaching staff, and the quality level of higher education outputs in the college under study, the average from the point of view of the teaching staff, as the results of the brochure showed that there was the positive positive impact of the principles of university governance on the quality level of higher education outputs in the college under study , the quality of the university student,the quality of the teaching staff and the quality of the research,and there is a positive to the pranciples of university governance on the quality of educational programs in the college under study according to sample answers the study found that there are high and both principles of study university governance (participation ,transparncy ,accountability) .
