التمويل، التمويل الايجاري، المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطةRésumé : الملخص:
تمثل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة أحد أسس استراتيجيات النموفي الاقتصاديات الراهنة، من خلال مساهمتها في تطوير المستوى الاقتصادي وكذا الاجتماعي للدول، وهذا لما تحمله من مزايا تجعلها الرائدة في حل الكثير من مشاكل التنمية، ولكن مع ذلك تبقى هناك عدة عوائق تواجه هذا النوع من المؤسسات، فمن أجل مواصلة نشاطها الاقتصادي يجب ايجاد حلول تمويلية مناسبة.
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على التمويل الايجاري ودوره في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة باعتباره أحد التقنيات الحديثة للتمويل، الذي يعالج القدرات المالية المحدودة للمؤسسات. حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتوضيح مختلف الملامح الأساسية لهذا التمويل ومعرفة أهمية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ودورها في انعاش الاقتصاد الوطني.
من خلال هذه الدراسة توصلنا الى أن التمويل الايجاري له دور فعال في مساعدة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة على تلبية حاجياتها المالية لمواصلة نشاطها، وذلك لسهولة شروطه لدى هذه المؤسسات ولابد أن تحظى هذه التقنية المزيد من الاهتمام والتحفيز لتواصل تقديم الدعم المالي للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة.
Abstract:
The Small and medium enterprises represent one of the foundations of growth strategies economies , its contribution to the development of the economic as the social level of countries, and thisis due to the advantagesitholdsthatmake in the pioneer in solvingmanydevelopmentproblems. But thereremainseveral obstacles facingthis type of institution, in order to continue itsactivityappropriatefinancing solutions must befound.
This studyaims to identify leasing financing and itsrole in financing Small and mediumenterprises as one of the modern techniques of financing, whichdealswith the limitedfinancialcapabilities of enterprises.Where the descriptive analyticalapproachwasreliedupon to clarify the various basic features of thisfinancing and to know the importance of small and medium enterprise and theirrole in national economy.

تمثل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة أحد أسس استراتيجيات النموفي الاقتصاديات الراهنة، من خلال مساهمتها في تطوير المستوى الاقتصادي وكذا الاجتماعي للدول، وهذا لما تحمله من مزايا تجعلها الرائدة في حل الكثير من مشاكل التنمية، ولكن مع ذلك تبقى هناك عدة عوائق تواجه هذا النوع من المؤسسات، فمن أجل مواصلة نشاطها الاقتصادي يجب ايجاد حلول تمويلية مناسبة.
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على التمويل الايجاري ودوره في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة باعتباره أحد التقنيات الحديثة للتمويل، الذي يعالج القدرات المالية المحدودة للمؤسسات. حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتوضيح مختلف الملامح الأساسية لهذا التمويل ومعرفة أهمية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ودورها في انعاش الاقتصاد الوطني.

Abstract: "This study aims to identify the most important techniques used in inventory management within the economic institution that contribute to cost reduction and improvement of the institution's image through the application of organized economic models. This is achieved by examining the key variables of the topic, namely inventory management and the related institutional costs. One of the main findings of the study is that effective cost control at the productive company Mabrougaz is achieved through efficient inventory management. This is done by implementing an effective model that ensures products are sold quickly, preventing the company from bearing the costs of stockholding. As a result, Mabrougaz achieves higher revenues from increased sales and avoids certain costs associated with product spoilage. The study also recommends that Mabrougaz train its storage department team on the latest available inventory management techniques in order to address some of the shortcomings caused by traditional management methods.
