À travers le polycopié de Macroéconomie 1, destiné aux étudiants de deuxième année en Finance et Comptabilité, nous visons à comprendre le comportement et la performance des économies nationales à travers l’analyse des principaux indicateurs macroéconomiques tels que le produit intérieur brut (PIB), l’inflation et le chômage. Ce support permet également de découvrir les principales théories explicatives de la macroéconomie, notamment la théorie classique et la théorie keynésienne. L’objectif est de fournir aux étudiants une compréhension solide des fondements de la macroéconomie ainsi que des compétences analytiques leur permettant d’interpréter et d’évaluer les tendances économiques. Le contenu a été élaboré de manière simplifiée et enrichi par
une série d’exercices corrigés couvrant les différents chapitres du polycopié.
Through the Macroeconomics 1 handbook, designed for second-year students in Finance and Accounting, we aim to develop an understanding of the behavior and performance of national economies by analyzing key macroeconomic indicators such as Gross Domestic Product (GDP), inflation, and unemployment. The handbook also introduces the main macroeconomic theories, particularly the Classical and Keynesian theories, in order to provide students with a solid foundation in macroeconomics and develop their analytical skills for understanding and evaluating economic trends. The content is presented in a simplified and structured manner and is supported by a series of solved exercises covering the different topics of the handbook.

كما قمنا بتوزيع استبيان على كل من المدقق الداخلي ورؤساء الأقسام بالإضافة إلى مساعديهم، وبعد جمع النتائج المتحصل عليها قمنا بتحليلها لمعرفة مدى مساهمة التدقيق الداخلي في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للمؤسسة من خلال نتائج الدراسة تم التوصل إلى ان مؤسسة مطاحن الهضاب العليا -سطيف-تسهر على فحص ومراقبة عمل موظفيها من خلال عملية التدقيق الداخلي للتحسين من أدائها الوظيفي.
Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to examine the role of internal auditing in improving job performance within the Upper Highlands Mills Institution in Setif. A field study was conducted, consisting of an interview with the internal auditor to understand their responsibilities within the organization. This included a step-by-step description of the report preparation process until reaching the final report stage.
Furthermore, questionnaires were distributed to the internal auditor, department heads, and their assistants. After collecting the results, they were analyzed to determine the extent to which internal auditing contributes to enhancing the institution's job performance. Abstract:
