Resistance to change, Total Quality Management | | Résumé : | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف ما إذا كانت مقاومة التغيير هي أحد معوقات إدارة الجودة الشاملة بمؤسسة سوكوتيد–يسر- لصناعة المواد شبه الصيدلانية والنظافة الجسدية، وللوصول إلى تحقيق هدف هذه الدراسة تم تصميم إستبيان مكون من 25عبارة لجمع البيانات لعينة الدراسة المكونة من 58عامل، ولتحليل هذه البيانات وإختبار الفرضيات تم إستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS إصدار 26 ومن خلال الإستعانة بمجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية أبرزها ويلكوكسونWilcoxon، و بيرسونPearson، بالإضافة إلى الإنحدار الخطي البسيط، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مقاومة تغيير متوسطة بالإضافة إلى تبني متوسط لإدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسة محل الدراسة.
Abstract :
The study aimed to identify whether resistance to change is one of the obstacles to the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at SocothydIssers Semi-Pharmaceutical and physical hygiene Industry. To achieve this objective, a questionnaire consisting of 25 items was designed to collect data from a sample of 58 employees. To analyze these data and test the hypotheses, the statistical program SPSS version 26 was used. A set of statistical methods, most notably the Wilcoxon and Pearson correlation, as well as simple linear regression, were employed. The study found a moderate level of resistance to change and a moderate adoption of TQM within the studied organization.
