Keywords: Social transfers, income distribution, Autoregressive distributed time lag methodology ARDL, trauma study, Structural Autoregressive Methodology SVAR | | Résumé : | تناولت هذه الدراسة قياس اثر الصدمات في التحويلات الاجتماعية على عدالة توزيع الدخل في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1993-2020)، من خلال دراسة الأثر باستخدام منهجية الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة ARDL، وتشير النتائج المتوصل إليها وجود اثر ايجابي لدعم بنود التحويلات الاجتماعية معا على عدالة توزيع الدخل، وهذا ما يتوافق مع النظرية الاقتصادية، في حين هناك تأثير طردي لدعم العائلات، السكن، الصحة ودعم المجاهدين، أما باقي بنود التحويلات الاجتماعية فليس لها اثر فردي، ويمكن تفسير ذلك كون أثرها يمكن أن يكون على المدى الطويل، ثم تأكد وجود علاقة تكامل بين المتغيرات في الأمدين القصير والطويل، وأنه يلزم لهذه السياسة الاجتماعية مدة حوالي سنة وربع لتظهر نجاعتها في الأجل الطويل، إضافة إلى دراسة الصدمات الهيكلية باستخدام نماذج الانحدار الذاتي الهيكلي SVAR في بنود التحويلات الاجتماعية والتي خلصت بان تأثيرها مستقبلا على عدالة توزيع الدخل في الجزائر متباين بين عكسي وطردي.
Abstract:
This study examined the impact of shocks on social transfers on equitable income distribution in Algeria during the period (1993-2020), through the impact study using the methodology of Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) , The findings indicate that there is a positive effect of supporting social remittance items together on equitable income distribution And that corresponds to economic theory, whereas there’s an expulsion effect of supporting families, housing, health and support for the Mujahideen, The other items of social transfers have no individual effect. This can be explained by the fact that their impact can be in the long term and then confirmed an integral relationship between the variables in the short and long term, And it takes about a year and a quarter for this social policy to be effective in the long term. In addition to studying structural shocks using SVAR models in social transfers, which concluded that their future impact on equitable income distribution in Algeria varied between reverse and expulsion.
