Key words: accounting information system, Financial statements, users, quality, data. | | Résumé : | هدفت إلى التعرف على نظام المعلومات المحاسبي ومعرفة الدور الذي يلعبه في التحسين من جودة القوائم المالية، حيث يعتبر نظام المعلومات المحاسبي الركيزة الأساسية للوصول إلى المعلومة المحاسبية للمهتمين بها، وذلك بترشيد قرارات المستخدمين من خلال القوائم المالية التي تعد من مخرجات هذا النظام بحيث أن الاستخدام الأمثل لنظام المعلومات المحاسبي يؤدي إلى تحقيق الخصائص النوعية للقوائم المالية وزيادة جودتها من حيث دقة البيانات وملائمتها وإمكانية اعتمادها والحصول عليها في الوقت المناسب.
ولقد تم إجراء دراسة حالة على المؤسسة الوطنية للمنتجات المنجمية غير الحديدية والمواد النافعة وحدة جبل القطار عين لحجر سطيف، وهذا لمعرفة مدى تطبيق نظام المعلومات المحاسبي بالمؤسسة ودوره في تحسين جودة القوائم المالية، بالاعتماد على منهج دراسة حالة الذي يمكن من فهم مختلف جوانب الموضوع وذلك من خلال الزيارة الميدانية للمؤسسة محل الدراسة، إضافة إلى الملاحظات والمقابلات مع دراسة مختلف الوثائق والبيانات.
Summary:
The study aimed to identify the accounting information system and the role it plays in improving the quality of financial lists Accounting Information System is the basic basis for accessing accounting information for those interested in it; By rationalizing users' decisions through the financial lists prepared as a output of the system, the optimal use of the accounting information system will lead to qualitative features of the financial lists and increase their quality in terms of accuracy, relevance, accessibility and timely access to data.
A case study was conducted on the National Foundation for Non-ferrous Astrological Products and Utility Materials Unit dJabal Ain Hajar Setif accounting information system and its role in improving the quality of financial statements, Building on a case study approach that enables understanding of various aspects of the topic through the field visit of the institution in question, as well as observations and interviews with the study of various documents and data.

Key words: accounting information system, Financial statements, users, quality, data. | | Résumé : | هدفت إلى التعرف على نظام المعلومات المحاسبي ومعرفة الدور الذي يلعبه في التحسين من جودة القوائم المالية، حيث يعتبر نظام المعلومات المحاسبي الركيزة الأساسية للوصول إلى المعلومة المحاسبية للمهتمين بها، وذلك بترشيد قرارات المستخدمين من خلال القوائم المالية التي تعد من مخرجات هذا النظام بحيث أن الاستخدام الأمثل لنظام المعلومات المحاسبي يؤدي إلى تحقيق الخصائص النوعية للقوائم المالية وزيادة جودتها من حيث دقة البيانات وملائمتها وإمكانية اعتمادها والحصول عليها في الوقت المناسب.
ولقد تم إجراء دراسة حالة على المؤسسة الوطنية للمنتجات المنجمية غير الحديدية والمواد النافعة وحدة جبل القطار عين لحجر سطيف، وهذا لمعرفة مدى تطبيق نظام المعلومات المحاسبي بالمؤسسة ودوره في تحسين جودة القوائم المالية، بالاعتماد على منهج دراسة حالة الذي يمكن من فهم مختلف جوانب الموضوع وذلك من خلال الزيارة الميدانية للمؤسسة محل الدراسة، إضافة إلى الملاحظات والمقابلات مع دراسة مختلف الوثائق والبيانات.
