| Titre : | اثر السياسة البيئية على القدرات التنافسية لصادرات الدول النامية : دراسة للاثار المتوقعة على تنافسية الصادرات الجزائرية | | Type de document : | texte imprimé | | Auteurs : | سرحان ,سامية, Auteur ; مبيروك ,محمد البشير, Directeur de thèse | | Editeur : | كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير جامعة سطيف 1 | | Année de publication : | 2011 | | Importance : | 155 ورقة | | Format : | 30 سم | | Langues : | Arabe | | Résumé : | ملخــص لقد تسارعت دول العالم خلال العقود الثلاثة الماضية نحو ترتيب أوضاعها محليا بما يتلاءم مع الاعتبارات الدولية، وأصبحت قضية الصادرات أحد أهم الموضوعات في سلم أولويات دول وحكومات العالم لما لها من تأثير مباشر وغير مباشر على تحقيق أهداف التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. والجدير بالملاحظة أن قضية الصادرات لم تعد هدف من الأهداف القومية لدول العالم فقط، ولكنها أصبحت قضية يتوقف عليها مستقبل وكيان دوله و حياة شعب. فالصادرات تعنى ببساطة كافة الأنشطة الإنتاجية الصناعية و الزراعية والخدمية والتسويقية، كما ترتبط بكافة الأنشطة الخدمية والمعلوماتية المحلية والدولية، ومن ثم فإنها تيار متدفق من الأموال بالعملات الأجنبية والتي تؤدى إلى تحسين الميزان التجاري،وبالتالي ميزان المدفوعات. ولقد ظهر في الآونة الأخيرة العديد من المصطلحات التي أصبحت شائعة الاستخدام في مجال التجارة الدولية ومن بين هذه المصطلحات الحماية الخضراء، كما ظهرت المتطلبات والمقاييس البيئية كمطلب أساسي للدول المتقدمة وبصفة خاصة دول الاتحاد الأوروبي نحو وارداتها من الدول الأخرى ومنها الجزائر،وبصدور الأيزو 14000 الخاص بنظام الإدارة البيئية أصبح توافق المنتج التصديري مع هذه المتطلبات من أهم العقبات التي تلوح في المستقبل للصادرات الجزائرية إن لم تؤخذ في الاعتبار عند التصدير إلى الأسواق الخارجية هذه المتطلبات. abstract Countries of the world has accelerated over the past three decades to clean up its act locally in line with international considerations, the issue of exports and become one of the most important themes in the priorities of state and governments of the world because of their influence directly and indirectly to achieving the objectives of economic and social development. It should be noted that the issue of exports is no longer the goal of national goals for the countries of the world only, but the issue has become dependent upon the future of the entity and the lives of its people. Exports simply means all the production activities of industrial, agricultural, service and marketing, is also linked to all service activities and information of local and international, and thus a stream of money in foreign currencies, which lead to improved trade balance, and thus the balance of payments. It has been shown in recent times many of the terms that become commonly used in international trade, and one these terms of protection green, also appeared requirements and environmental standards as a prerequisite for developed countries, especially European Union countries to imports from other countries, including Algeria, and the issuance of ISO 14000 system's environmental management has approved the product export to these requirements of the most important obstacles that lie in the future of the Algerian exports that were not taken into account when exporting to foreign markets these requirements. |
