Keywords: financial liberalization Crisis contagion financial crisis | | Résumé : | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع التحرير المالي في ظل تعاقب الأزمات الاقتصادية و المالية وأهم التحديات التي قد تواجهه، وذلك من خلال دراسة مجموعة من الأزمات بداية بأزمة الرهن العقاري ثم أزمة الديون السيادية، الأزمة النفطية العالمية التي شهدها العالم في عام 2014 بإضافة لأزمة فيروس كرونا و الأزمة الروسية الأوكرانية العالمية ، بحيث إعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليليي.
و قد توصلنا في دراستنا إلى ضرورة تطبيق سياسة التحرير المالي بفعالية بما يتماشى واقتصاد كل دولة وذلك تجنبا للوقوع في المخاطر التي تؤدي في معظمها لوقوع أزمات مالية حادة قد تعصف بإستقرار النظام المالي الدولي ككل.
فقد بنيت الدراسة التطبيقية أن واقع التحرير المالي وفي ظل إنتشار الأزمات الاقتصادية و المالية العالمية يواجه جملة من التحديات عليه مواجهتها وذلك عن طريق استجابة الدول النامية و الدول المتقدمة لمختلف الأزمات بتطبيق استراتيجيات محكمة لمواجة تلك التحديات، و ذلك لضمان نجاح سياسة التحرير المالي للحفاظ على الاستقرار المالي الداخلي و الخارجي.
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the reality of financial liberalization in light of the succession of Economic and financial crises and the most important challenges that may face it, by studding a set of crises, such as: the mortgage crisis,sovereign debt crisis, the worldwide oil crisis in 2014, in addition to the Corona virus crisis and the global Russian-Ukrainian crisis, in where our study based on the descriptive and analytical approach.
The study results that there is a necessary to apply the policy of financial liberalization with more efficiency,accordinglytothe economy of each country, in order to avoid the risks that most of them lead to the occurrence of severe financial crises that may affect the stability of the international financial system.
Also, our study results that the reality of financial liberalization, in light of the spread of global financial crises, affected witha huge number of challenges that it must confront, through the response to various crises by serious strategies applied by the developing and developed countries, face to these challenges, in order to ensure the success of the financial liberalization policy to maintain internal and externalfinancial stability.
