Key Words: Economic Blocs, Financial Crisis, Union, Economic Integration | | Résumé : | جاءت هذه الدراسة لبحث أثر التكتلات الاقتصادية على الازمات العالمية، التي حملت عنوان "دور التكتلات الاقتصادية في مواجهة الازمات الاقتصادية العالمية" إلى إبراز الدور الذي يجب أن تلعبه التكتلات الاقتصادية في وقت تفاقم الأزمات الاقتصادية، وللاستفادة من أهم التجارب الرائدة في هذا المجال، وللتعرف على بعض التكتلات والازمات العالمية التي هزت العالم.
أفرزت الدراسة عن عدة نتائج كان أهمها: الأزمة حالة اللااستقرار يتم ارتقائها من وضعها الاستثنائي قصير الأجل إلى حالتها النمطية أو الدورية طويلة الأجل مخلفة آثارا سلبية اقتصادية ومالية واجتماعية على الرغم من اختلاف الأزمات جغرافيا وتاريخيا إلا أنها ذات خصائص مشتركة، عززت التكتلات الاقتصادية من وجود الاستقرار الاقتصادي وبذلك أصبحت مطلبا دوليا للعديد من دول العالم، كلما كان التكتل في مستوياته العليا كلما كانت اجراءات التصدي للأزمات موحدة بين أعضاء التكتل والعكس صحيح.
Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the impact of economic blocs on global crises, titled "The role of economic blocs in facing global economic crises", to highlight the role that economic blocs should play in times of worsening economic crises, and to benefit from the leading experiences in this field, and to identify some of the blocs and global crises that have shaken the world. The study produced several results, the most important of which was that a crisis is a state of instability that is elevated from its short-term exceptional state to its long-term regular or periodic state, leaving behind negative economic, financial, and social effects. Despite the geographical and historical differences in crises, they share common characteristics. Economic blocs have strengthened the economic stability, making it an international demand for many countries. The higher the level of the bloc, the more unified the crisis response measures are among its members, and vice versa.
