Tremendous developments have taken place in the field of information and communication technology, especially the development of Internet technology, which has affected all aspects of human life and created a wide space for interaction between different cultures and civilizations. The ability to ensure its chances of survival and continuity, which relate to the degree of response of the enterprise to its environment. Digital marketing has become one of the main methods and pillars for building the competitive advantage of the organization, and it is considered a strategic choice to achieve its goals. Therefore, the purpose of conducting this study is to clarify the impact of digital marketing on the competitiveness of organizations through an applied research conducted in the Setif branch of Bank Trust based on the results of the questionnaire and the use of various statistical methods.
