| Titre : | استراتيجية الاستغلال المستدام للثورة البترولية بين متطلبات التنمية القطرية و احتياجات السوق الدولية : دراسة حالة قطاع البترول الجزائري | | Type de document : | texte imprimé | | Auteurs : | سهيلة زناد ; صالح صالحى, Directeur de thèse | | Année de publication : | 2011 | | Importance : | 237 ص. | | Format : | 27 سم. | | Langues : | Arabe Langues originales : Arabe | | Tags : | الثروة البترولية الإستغلال المستدام التنمية القطرية احتياجات السوق الدولية | | Résumé : | على الرغم من تنوع مصادر الطاقة المتوفرة عالميا وبدء دخول بعض المصادر المتجددة إلى حيز الإستخدام التطبيقي، إلا أن الدلائل تشير إلى أن مصادر الطاقة التقليدية وخاصة البترول ستبقى الخيار الرئيسي لتوفير الطاقة في العالم لعقود قادمة، وذلك بالنظر إلى المساهمة الكبيرة لهذا المصدر في مجموع إمدادات الطاقة على النطاق العالمي. ونظرا للأهمية التي تلعبها الثروة البترولية في الإقتصاد الجزائري، وبإعتبارها ثروة ناضبة، كان لابد من ترقية كفاء.ا الإستخدامية، حيث مستوى الكفاءة الحالية لم يصل بعدإلى المستوى المطلوب. وبارتباط البترول بظروف السوق العالمية، الأمر الذي يجعل من مسألة استقرارها أمرا ضروريا وحتميا ليس من أجل الحفاظ على هذا المورد الحيوي فحسب بل من أجل تحقيق التنمية بمختلف أبعادها.كما أن هناك هذر واستغلال مبالغ فيه لهذا المصدر الهام للطاقة وكانت النتيجة أن بدأ الاهتمام بمختلف مصادر الطاقة التي يمكن أن تخفف الضغط على البترول في المدى القصير المتوسط، والانتقال من الإعتماد عليه كمصدر رئيسي للطاقة، إلى الإعتماد على مصادر أكثر ديمومة أو متجددة بإستمرار، وهذا حتى تأخذ كل الأجيال حقها من هذه الموارد. Summary Despite the diversity of energy sources available worldwide and the entry of some renewable sources into use application, but the evidence suggests that traditional sources of energy, especially oil, will remain the main option for the provision of energy in the world for decades to come, given the significant contribution of this source in total energy supply on a global scale. Because of the importance played by the oil wealth in the Algerian economy, and as fortune depleted, it was necessary to upgrade the efficiency of employability, where the current level of efficiency has not yet reached the required level. And the link with oil conditions of the global market, which makes the question of stability, is necessary and evitable, not in order to preserve this vital resource, but in order to achieve development in its various dimensions. There is also a waste and an exaggerated exploitation of this important source of energy, so the result was that interest was on different sources of energy that could decrease pressure on oil in the short and medium term, and the transition from relying upon as a major source of energy, to rely on sources of more permanent or renewed constantly, thus all the generations take their right to these resources. |
